Ingredients:

●    1 avocado

●    ½ cup cherry tomatoes

●    A handful of BrightFresh® Micro Arugula

●    1 lime squeezed

●    2-3 tbsp sour cream + more of the cobweb

●    A dash of salt

●    Tortilla chips

Instructions:

1. Mash the avocado Enjoy with tortilla chips! Top the cherry tomatoes

2. Mix the mashed avocado, tomato, BrightFresh® Micro Arugula, sour cream, lime juice and salt. Pour the guacamole into a bowl and flatten the top

3. Fill a plastic bag with sour cream and cut the tip. Make 3 circles - one big, small and smaller in the center

4. Using a skewer, make a cobweb with the sour cream
