'Chipotle Style' Chicken Bowl with Micro Cilantro

1. Prepare the Cilantro Lime Rice

  - Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. Prepare the Bowl Ingredients

  - Heat the black beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

  - If the corn and diced bell peppers are not pre-cooked, sauté them in a skillet with a bit of avocado or olive oil until tender.

3. Assemble the Bowls

  - Start with a base of cilantro lime rice in each bowl.

  - Add the black beans, bell peppers, corn, and grilled chicken on top of the rice.

  - Add a generous spoonful of guacamole and Pico de Gallo in each bowl.

4. Add the Finishing Touches
