Cauliflower Parmesan

That head of cauliflower in your fridge deserves better than going to waste. 🥦🧀 Turn it into steaks, roast at 425 until golden, smother in marinara, bury under mozzarella and parmesan, and finish with BrightFresh® Micro Broccoli. Nobody is missing the meat in this one.

Ingredients:

●    1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into steaks

●    Extra virgin olive oil

●    Sea salt and black pepper

●    1 cup marinara sauce

●    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

●    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

●    BrightFresh® Micro Broccoli

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes, until tender and slightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven, spoon marinara sauce over each piece, and top with parmesan, mozzarella, and BrightFresh® Micro Broccoli .
  5. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until cheese melts
  6. Top with BrightFresh® Micro Broccoli & enjoy!
