Peppy Cilantro Peach Summer Salsa!

Nothing says Summer more than ringing in recipes with seasonal stone fruits, like PEACHES! In this recipe for a peppy and sweet salsa, it doesn't matter which stone fruit you choose; nectarines, yellow peaches, cherries or plums! Once ripened, they all are at their peak sweetness and flavor. Enhance the sweetness with a bit of spice from a few fresh chilies and make it extra fresh with our BrightFresh Micro Cilantro. The aroma and flavor from these microgreens make a truly balanced and winning combination for the perfect Summer salsa!

This recipes serves 4-6 but can be doubled for larger gatherings.


2 tbsp. lime juice

1 tbsp. honey

3-4 fresh peaches, peeled & diced

1 garlic clove, minced

1/8 tsp. grated, fresh ginger root (or ¼ tsp. ground ginger)

½ green serrano chile, minced

½ yellow serrano chile, minced

1 red serrano chile, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tbsp. Micro Cilantro microgreens, minced

Tortilla Chips (gluten free)

  1. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, garlic and ginger. Whisk well and set aside for 5 minutes for the flavors to marinate.

  2. Stir in the chopped peaches, minced peppers and minced Micro Cilantro. Mix well!

  3. Let it chill and further marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Top with a extra handful of Micro Cilantro on top and serve! Don't forget the chips!
