Watermelon Feta Salad 😍



Recipe:⁠

●     5 cups watermelon

●     1 Persian cucumber

●     ½ red onion

●     ⅓ cup feta cheese

●     1 avocado

●     ½ cup BrightFresh Micro Cilantro

●     salt & pepper

●     1 lemon

●     2 tbsp olive oil 


Instructions:⁠

●     5 cups watermelon

Caprese Sandwich🤩



Recipe:⁠

●     4 slices bread/sourdough/foccacia

●     Mozzarella

●     Olive oil

●     1 large tomato

●     BrightFresh Micro Arugula

Instructions:⁠

  1. Layer your caprese sandwich

  2. First place a handful of  BrightFresh Micro Arugula on 2 slices of sourdough bread

  3. Top it with thick slices of Mozzarella

  4. Place tomato slices on top

  5. Drizzle with olive oil

  6. Place another piece of bread on top, cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!

Mini Quiche Bites🥰



Recipe:

●     5 eggs

●     1 pepper

●     1 tomato

●     1 onion

●     ½ cup milk

●     Salt + pepper

●     1 tbsp oil

●     ⅓ cup flour

●     BrightFresh Rainbow Mix


Instructions:⁠

  1. Chop your veggies

  2. Heat up a pan on medium heat with oil and then add in the onions, salt & pepper and saute for 5 minutes

  3. Then add in your chopped pepper and tomato and stir for another few minutes

  4. Mix in BrightFresh Rainbow Mix and saute for another minute

  5. Mix your eggs with the milk and flour

  6. Then mix in your sauteed veggies

  7. Pour the mixture muffin molds

  8. Bake @350F for 25 minutes

  9. Let it cool, pop out and enjoy!

Egg Salad Sandwich🤤



Recipe:

  1. 6 hard boiled eggs

  2. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  3. 2-3 tbsp mayo

  4. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  5. ¼ cup diced red onion

  6. ⅓ cup BrightFresh Micro Radish Mix

  7. Dash of salt & pepper

  8. 2-4 slices of bread


Instructions:⁠

  1. Chop the hard boiled eggs

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients

  3. Spoon onto a slice of bread

  4. Form into a sandwich, slice and enjoy
